We Rise by Lifting Others

Some of my earliest memories come from my mother’s shop. I can still remember the sound of it, the pace of it, and the way she kept moving even when she was tired. I watched her handle customers, manage money, solve problems, and carry responsibilities that most people never noticed. My grandfather was part of those years too, and his words stayed with me. He spoke about strength in a way that felt simple and real. Not loud. Not perfect. Just steady.

What I learned in that space was not only about work. It was about what women carry while they work. The pressure to hold everything together. The emotional weight that follows you home. The way you keep showing up even when you are running on empty.

WomELLE came from that understanding. I wanted to build a place where women do not have to pretend they are fine in order to belong. A place where different paths are respected, and emotional safety matters. A place where women can name what they feel, learn how to manage it, and find support that fits real life, at home, at work, and everywhere in between.

WomELLE is not just my story. It is shaped by every woman who joins us. Different seasons, different responsibilities, different ways of living, but one shared truth: women deserve spaces that treat their emotional reality with dignity. That is what we protect here. We honor different paths, and we support women who need help managing their emotions at home, at work, and in life.

I Am the Voice is a print and digital publication centered on women’s lived experiences. We share real stories from women in different seasons of life, along with reflections and practical insight for navigating work, leadership, relationships, and change. This publication exists so women feel seen without judgment, and so their voices are treated with respect.

Bloom

Bloom is an ongoing emotional support space for women who carry too much, whether that means holding your family together, running a business, or leading at the highest level. Every week, Bloom gives you a calm place to be heard, supported, and reminded that your feelings matter.

The Female Voice Awards

The Female Voice Awards celebrate extraordinary women and women-owned businesses for their remarkable accomplishments. These awards recognize and highlight outstanding contributions made by women in various fields and industries.

Giving Back Through RISE

WomELLE for a Cause is a compassionate non-profit organization on a mission to empower women and children through education and community initiatives. Our latest program, RISE, is a vibrant book club tailored for young readers aged 6 to 13. RISE aims to ignite a lifelong love for reading, nurture creativity, and foster a strong sense of community among children, all while making this enriching experience accessible to every child, free of charge.
