In July 2020, she founded Mesh Business Advisors to assist startups, nonprofits, and small to medium-sized firms, particularly those owned by women and minorities. Ebony is also a devoted member of various organizations, including the Minority Technology Mentors Initiative and the New York Young Professionals and Entrepreneurs group, among others.
