Every year, women spend countless hours building businesses, leading teams, serving their communities, and making a difference. Much of that work happens without recognition.
The WomELLE 100 Women celebrates women whose dedication, leadership, and contributions have made a meaningful impact. This annual list honors 100 women from different industries whose work has influenced the people, organizations, and communities around them.
Whether you own a business, lead an organization, work in a profession you love, or give your time to help others — this is an opportunity to share your story and receive recognition for what you have accomplished.
Applications are open to women from every profession and industry. You do not need to be well known to apply. We believe meaningful work happens every day, often without public recognition.
Complete your application and pay the applicable fee. All applications are reviewed equally, regardless of when they are submitted within the open period.
Every application receives careful review. The committee considers professional accomplishments, leadership, community involvement, service, and the overall impact each applicant has made.
One hundred women are selected based solely on what is submitted. Honorees are announced November 6 and celebrated at the virtual event on December 11.
