Join women across industries for three days of connection, celebration, and growth.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WomELLE, a women's platform operated by the WomELLE Founder, governing your participation in WomELLE Membership. By submitting a membership application, completing payment, or accessing any benefits of WomELLE Membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Your agreement to these terms is indicated by checking the agreement checkbox on the application form. If you do not agree to any part of these terms you must not apply for or accept a WomELLE Membership.
These terms apply exclusively to WomELLE Membership and are separate from the general WomELLE website Terms of Use. Both documents apply to your relationship with WomELLE. In the event of a conflict between these membership terms and the general terms of use, these membership terms take precedence for matters related to your membership.
WomELLE Membership is open to women 18 years of age or older who are currently working in any capacity. Working includes but is not limited to owning or operating a business, working for an employer in any role, working as a freelancer or independent contractor, working in a caregiving role, navigating a career transition, or pursuing professional development.
By applying you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, identify as a woman, are currently working in some capacity, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and will provide accurate and truthful information on your application.
WomELLE reserves the right to deny any application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. No payment is collected and no membership is created until an application is approved and payment is completed.
Membership is available to residents of the United States. Local Membership is only available to women residing in or near a city with an active WomELLE Local Nido. Current Local Nido cities are listed at womelle.com/membership and are subject to change.
WomELLE Membership is offered in the following tiers. All prices listed are in United States dollars.
| Membership Tier | Price | Billing | Initiation Fee |
|---|---|---|---|
| Founding National Annual | $297 | Annual | Exempt |
| Founding Local Annual | $597 | Annual | Exempt |
| National Monthly | $47 per month | Monthly | $47 one time |
| National Annual | $397 per year | Annual | $47 one time |
| Local Monthly | $97 per month | Monthly | $47 one time |
| Local Annual | $797 per year | Annual | $47 one time |
National Membership provides access to a Virtual Nido organized by industry or life focus, the private Ella directory, The Passage program, the weekly membership rhythm, Bloom programming, the members only content library, and all standard membership benefits as described at womelle.com/membership.
Local Membership provides all National Membership benefits plus placement in a physical Local Nido in your city, a monthly in-person gathering, a protected industry seat, and direct introductions facilitated by your Circle Lead.
Annual members of both National and Local tiers receive a 20 percent discount on Voice of Industry Weekend tickets, exclusive eligibility for the Female Voice Awards, guest consideration on The Ellas Podcast, priority consideration for publication features in I Am the Voice Publication, and first access to new WomELLE programs.
Local Annual members additionally receive first selection of their industry seat upon joining before other Local members in their Nido.
The initiation fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. Please read this section carefully before applying.
All new members except Founding Ellas are required to pay a one time initiation fee of $47 at the time of joining. This fee is charged once at the beginning of your membership and is not charged again at renewal.
The initiation fee covers the cost of reviewing your application, producing and mailing your official Ella membership card, producing and shipping your WomELLE Welcome Kit, and onboarding you into the WomELLE Ella membership experience.
The initiation fee is collected at the same time as your first membership payment, as a single combined charge processed through Stripe. Your Welcome Kit will be mailed to the address provided on your application within 5 business days of your payment being confirmed.
The initiation fee is non-refundable in all circumstances including but not limited to application withdrawal after payment, voluntary cancellation, membership termination for cause, relocation to a city without a Local Nido, or dissatisfaction with any aspect of the membership. By completing payment you confirm your understanding and acceptance of this policy.
Founding Ella members who join before midnight May 20, 2026 are exempt from the initiation fee entirely. The initiation fee exemption is a permanent benefit of Founding Ella status and will not be applied retroactively to any membership that joins after the Founding Ella window closes.
WomELLE Membership is application based. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. WomELLE reserves the right to approve, waitlist, or decline any application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason for its decision.
WomELLE reviews every application personally within 5 business days of submission. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. You will receive an email notification of the outcome of your application at the email address provided on your application.
If your application is approved you will receive a personal email containing a payment link. You have 48 hours from the time that email is sent to complete payment and secure your membership seat. If payment is not completed within 48 hours your approval expires, your seat is released, and you may reapply at any time.
No payment is due at the time of application. Payment is only collected after approval. The 48 hour payment window begins at the time the approval email is sent by WomELLE, not at the time it is opened or read.
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information on your application. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate termination of your membership without refund. WomELLE may verify any information provided on your application at any time.
Applications may be placed on a waitlist when your desired Nido is at capacity. Waitlisted applicants receive select National membership benefits while waiting, monthly updates on their waitlist position, and 14 days to claim their seat when it becomes available. Waitlisted applicants who do not respond within 14 days of receiving a seat offer will be moved to the end of the waitlist.
All membership payments are processed securely through Stripe. WomELLE does not store payment card information on its servers. By completing payment you authorize WomELLE to charge your payment method on the schedule applicable to your membership tier.
Monthly memberships are billed on the same calendar date each month corresponding to the date your first payment was processed. If your billing date falls on a date that does not exist in a given month, for example the 31st in a month with 30 days, you will be billed on the last day of that month.
Annual memberships are billed once per year on the anniversary of the date your first payment was processed. You will receive a renewal reminder email at 60 days, 30 days, and 7 days before your renewal date.
If a payment fails WomELLE will notify you by email within 24 hours and attempt to collect payment again. You will have a 7 day grace period to update your payment method and resolve the failed payment before your membership access is suspended. If payment is not resolved within 7 days of the original billing date your membership will be suspended until payment is collected. Suspended membership access will be restored immediately upon successful payment.
National members may upgrade to Local Membership when a Local Nido is available in their city. For monthly members upgrading to Local Monthly the rate difference will be applied starting from the next billing date. For annual members upgrading mid-year a prorated difference will be calculated based on the remaining days in your annual period. All upgrade requests are subject to seat availability in the relevant Local Nido.
Monthly members: Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. Your membership remains active through the end of your current paid month. No refund is issued for the current month.
Annual members: Annual memberships are non-refundable. You retain full membership access through the end of your paid annual period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid year.
Initiation fee: Non-refundable in all circumstances.
To cancel your membership you must submit a written cancellation request by email from the email address associated with your membership account. Cancellation requests submitted through any other channel will not be processed. WomELLE will confirm your cancellation by email within 3 business days of receiving your request and will confirm your final access date.
Upon cancellation your membership portal access will be deactivated at the end of your final access period. Your profile will be removed from the private Ella directory and from the public Trusted Ellas page within 5 business days of your final access date. You may request permanent deletion of your personal data by submitting a written request by email at the time of or after cancellation.
Former members who cancelled voluntarily are welcome to reapply at any time. Upon rejoining a new initiation fee will be required unless you are a Founding Ella. Your original Founding Ella rate and benefits will be reinstated if you rejoin within 60 days of cancellation. Rejoining after more than 60 days will be treated as a new membership at the current standard rate.
WomELLE does not offer refunds on membership payments except in the following limited circumstances.
All refund requests must be submitted to email us within 30 days of the charge in question. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be considered. The initiation fee is non-refundable under any circumstance including the limited refund circumstances described above.
WomELLE does not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with membership benefits, inability to attend Nido gatherings, changes in personal circumstances, relocation, or any other reason not listed above.
Founding Ella Membership is a limited and time-sensitive offering available only to the first 50 women who apply and complete payment before midnight Eastern Time on May 20, 2026. Once 50 Founding Ella memberships have been claimed or once the deadline passes, whichever comes first, the Founding Ella offering closes permanently and will never be reopened.
Founding National Annual members receive complimentary tickets to the Voice of Industry Dinner on Friday May 29, 2026 and the She's Possible Brunch on Sunday May 31, 2026 at Caribe Royale Orlando as part of their founding membership. Founding Local Annual members receive complimentary tickets to all four Voice of Industry Weekend experiences including the Voice of Industry Dinner, the Bloom Workforce Readiness Intensive, the Female Voice Awards Gala, and the She's Possible Brunch.
Complimentary tickets are issued to the Founding Ella personally and are non-transferable. Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash value. Ticket inclusion applies to the 2026 Voice of Industry Weekend only. Future years are governed by the standard annual member discount policy described in Section 3.
The Founding Ella rate lock applies to your annual membership renewal only. The rate lock is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be gifted, sold, or applied to a new membership account. If you cancel your Founding Ella membership and rejoin within 60 days your locked rate will be reinstated. If you cancel and rejoin after 60 days your founding rate lock is forfeited and your rejoining membership will be at the current standard rate at the time of rejoining.
A Nido is a curated membership circle of up to 30 Ellas. Nido placement is determined by WomELLE based on information provided in your application including your city, industry, and life focus. WomELLE reserves the right to place members in the Nido it determines is most appropriate and beneficial.
Each Nido has a maximum capacity of 30 members. When a Nido reaches capacity a waitlist is opened. A second Nido will be formed in the same city or category when the waitlist reaches 15 women. WomELLE will make reasonable efforts to notify waitlisted members of their position and estimated wait time.
Each Local Nido offers one protected industry seat per profession. A protected industry seat means that no two members in the same Local Nido will share the same professional industry or occupation. Industry seats are assigned based on the profession stated in your application at the time of joining.
Industry seats are held by the member for as long as her membership remains active. If a member cancels her Local Membership her industry seat is released and becomes available to the next member who applies in that profession. Industry seats are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted, or held for future use.
If your profession overlaps with an existing member's occupation in the same Nido WomELLE will assess the nature of the overlap and determine in good faith whether the seat is available to you. WomELLE's determination of industry seat eligibility is final.
Annual Local members have first selection of their industry seat before other Local members. This priority applies at the time of joining and does not apply retroactively to seats already held by existing members.
Local Nidos hold monthly in-person gatherings of approximately 90 minutes. National Nidos hold monthly virtual gatherings. Attendance is encouraged but not required. Consistent non-attendance over a period of 3 or more consecutive months without communication may result in review of your membership status. WomELLE will reach out personally before taking any action related to attendance.
Requests to transfer between Nidos within the same tier will be considered at WomELLE's discretion and are subject to seat availability in the receiving Nido. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing by email with the reason for the request.
The Passage is a voluntary one-on-one match program available to all active WomELLE members. The Passage matches a member with a Lumina, who is a woman inside the membership who has lived through a similar season of life and is willing to offer support, perspective, and presence.
The Passage is a peer support program. A Lumina is not a therapist, counselor, coach, social worker, or mental health professional. The Passage does not constitute clinical care, professional advice, or therapeutic services of any kind. WomELLE does not represent that participation in The Passage is a substitute for professional mental health or medical support. Members with mental health needs are encouraged to seek professional care in addition to any peer connection offered through The Passage.
All Passage matches are made manually by WomELLE. No algorithm determines your match. WomELLE reads every Passage request personally and makes matches with intention and care. WomELLE does not guarantee a match within any specific timeframe. Matches are made when a suitable Lumina is available.
Each Passage match is designed for a 90 day period. At the end of 90 days both the member and the Lumina may choose to continue the connection as an ongoing friendship, request a new match, or indicate that no further match is needed. No outcome is required or expected. The relationship between a member and her Lumina belongs to both of them.
Any active member may volunteer to become a Lumina. Volunteering as a Lumina means being willing to be matched with a member who is navigating a season you have already lived through. Lumina participation is voluntary and can be paused at any time by notifying WomELLE. WomELLE will never match a Lumina without her consent and availability.
All information shared between a member and her Lumina is expected to be held in confidence by both parties. WomELLE will not share the content of Passage applications or match communications except as required to facilitate the match. Members and Luminas are expected to respect each other's privacy and confidentiality as a condition of participation in the program.
WomELLE Membership is built on mutual respect, trust, and a genuine commitment to the wellbeing of every Ella in the community. By joining you agree to uphold the culture and values of WomELLE in all interactions within the membership including Nido gatherings, the private Ella directory, The Passage program, and all digital spaces connected to your membership.
WomELLE reserves the right to terminate any membership immediately and without refund if a member engages in conduct that violates these terms, harms another member, or is determined by WomELLE to be incompatible with the values and culture of the membership community.
For conduct issues that do not pose an immediate risk to another member WomELLE will issue one written warning before taking termination action. The warning will describe the conduct in question and the expectation going forward. If the conduct continues or repeats after the warning membership will be terminated.
For conduct that poses an immediate or serious risk to another member or to the community WomELLE may terminate membership immediately without warning and without prior notice.
Upon termination for cause portal access is revoked immediately. No refund will be issued for any portion of the current billing period or annual membership year. The initiation fee is non-refundable. A member terminated for cause may not reapply for WomELLE Membership.
A member who believes her membership was terminated in error may submit a written appeal by email within 14 days of receiving notice of termination. WomELLE will review the appeal and respond within 10 business days. The decision on appeal is final.
WomELLE operates two separate member-facing directory systems with different access levels and purposes.
The private Ella directory is accessible only to active WomELLE members after login. It contains member profiles including contact information that each member chooses to share. The private directory is never visible to non-members, the general public, or search engines under any circumstances.
By joining WomELLE Membership you consent to being included in the private Ella directory. You control what contact information is displayed in your profile and may update or remove information at any time from your member portal. Your name, city, industry, and Nido affiliation will always be visible to other members and cannot be hidden while your membership is active.
The Trusted Ellas page is a public-facing page on the WomELLE website visible to non-members. Inclusion on the Trusted Ellas page is opt-in only. You will not appear on the public Trusted Ellas page unless you actively choose to opt in from your member portal profile settings. The default setting is opted out.
If you choose to opt in you consent to your name, professional title, industry, city, business name, business website, and the bio you write in your profile being visible to the general public. You may opt out at any time and your profile will be removed from the public page within 5 business days of opting out.
WomELLE collects and stores only the personal information necessary to operate your membership. This includes your name, contact information, professional details, membership and billing status, and the responses you provide on your application. WomELLE does not sell your personal information to third parties. WomELLE does not share your personal information with advertisers. Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe and is never stored on WomELLE servers.
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data WomELLE holds about you and to request deletion of that data upon cancellation of your membership. Deletion requests should be submitted in writing by email. WomELLE will fulfill deletion requests within 30 days subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.
The Her Seat Scholarship provides full annual membership to women whose financial circumstances make the standard membership rate inaccessible. The scholarship is funded by WomELLE operating revenue, sponsor contributions, and voluntary giving by existing Ellas.
Scholarship applications are reviewed quarterly. WomELLE awards up to 2 scholarships per quarter at launch. The application process is based on the honor system. WomELLE does not require income verification or proof of financial need. Applications are reviewed based on the responses provided and WomELLE's good faith assessment of eligibility.
Scholarship recipients receive full annual membership benefits equivalent to the tier awarded. Scholarship membership is renewed at WomELLE's discretion on an annual basis. Recipients are never identified publicly. WomELLE does not disclose the names or circumstances of scholarship recipients to other members, sponsors, or the public.
Scholarship membership is subject to all conduct requirements in these terms. Termination for cause applies equally to scholarship members. The scholarship does not cover the initiation fee for members who previously held a paid membership.
All content in the WomELLE members only content library including but not limited to the Ella Letter, The Ellas Podcast, Thursday webinar recordings, Monthly Deep Dive content, the Nido Digest, and the Wednesday Voice is the original intellectual property of WomELLE and its contributors.
Access to members only content is a benefit of your active membership. Content access terminates when your membership ends. You may access content for personal use during your membership period. You may not download, reproduce, distribute, republish, share publicly, or use members only content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of WomELLE.
I Am the Voice Publication content, podcast episodes, and all WomELLE branded materials including the WomELLE name, logo, the Ella language system, the Nido concept, and The Passage program name are proprietary to WomELLE. Use of WomELLE intellectual property without written permission is prohibited.
Content you contribute to the membership in any form including Nido gathering discussions, directory profile copy, podcast participation, or publication contributions remains your property. By contributing content to WomELLE platforms you grant WomELLE a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for WomELLE marketing, editorial, and community purposes. You may withdraw this license at any time by emailing us.
WomELLE reserves the right to modify membership pricing for standard tiers at any time. Standard tier pricing changes will be communicated to affected members by email at least 60 days before the new pricing takes effect for their membership.
Standard monthly members have the option to cancel their membership before the new rate takes effect if they do not wish to continue at the new price. Annual members will not be affected by a price change until their current annual period ends and renewal is due.
Founding Ella rate lock exception: Founding Ella members are permanently exempt from any standard pricing increases. Your Founding Ella rate cannot be raised under any circumstances for as long as your Founding Ella membership remains active. This rate lock is a binding commitment made by WomELLE to each Founding Ella at the time of joining and will be honored in perpetuity regardless of future pricing changes to standard tiers.
WomELLE also reserves the right to introduce new membership tiers, modify benefits within existing tiers, and add or remove specific benefits with reasonable notice. Changes to benefits that materially reduce the value of a membership will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will give affected members the option to cancel without penalty.
When a Nido reaches its maximum capacity of 30 members a waitlist is opened for that Nido. Applicants who are placed on a waitlist for a Local Nido are transitioned to National Membership and receive full National Membership benefits including Virtual Nido placement while they wait for a Local seat to open.
Waitlisted members receive monthly email updates on their position and estimated availability. When a seat opens in the desired Local Nido the waitlisted member at the top of the list receives a personal notification with 14 days to confirm their desire to claim the seat and complete any difference in payment for the Local tier.
Waitlisted members who do not respond within 14 days of receiving a seat notification will be passed over and the next member on the waitlist will be offered the seat. Passed over members retain their position on the waitlist and will be notified again when the next seat becomes available.
A National member who selects the option during application that their city is not yet listed will be placed on a city-specific waitlist and will be the first to be notified when a Local Nido opens in their city. This does not guarantee a seat as seat availability depends on when the member responds to the notification.
WomELLE hosts an annual flagship event called Voice of Industry Weekend. Annual members receive a 20 percent discount on ticket purchases for Voice of Industry Weekend. Founding Ella members receive complimentary ticket access as described in Section 9.
Discounted and complimentary event tickets are issued to the named member personally and are non-transferable. Tickets cannot be resold, gifted to non-members, or exchanged for cash value. WomELLE reserves the right to refuse entry to any person presenting a ticket they did not purchase or receive directly from WomELLE.
Event cancellation by WomELLE due to circumstances outside WomELLE's control including but not limited to natural disaster, public health emergency, or venue unavailability will result in a credit toward a future WomELLE event equal to the ticket value paid. Refunds due to WomELLE cancellation will be issued at WomELLE's discretion.
Member cancellation of an event ticket after purchase is non-refundable unless WomELLE cancels the event. Members who cannot attend an event should notify WomELLE by email as early as possible so seat availability can be managed for waitlisted members.
WomELLE may temporarily suspend a member's portal access in the following circumstances without it constituting termination of the membership.
WomELLE will notify the member by email of the reason for any suspension and the expected timeline for resolution at the time of suspension or as soon as practicable.
By joining WomELLE Membership you consent to receive communications from WomELLE related to your membership. These communications include but are not limited to membership confirmations, billing receipts and reminders, application status updates, Nido gathering notifications, content library updates, and onboarding communications.
Transactional emails related to billing, account status, and membership operations are required communications and cannot be opted out of while your membership is active. Marketing and community emails such as the Ella Letter, Nido Digest, and event announcements may be managed through your notifications settings in your member portal.
The Wednesday Voice text check-in is a membership benefit delivered by SMS each Wednesday. By providing a phone number during your application you consent to receive this weekly SMS message from WomELLE. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any WomELLE text message or by adjusting your notification settings in your member portal. Opting out of SMS will end Wednesday Voice text delivery but will not affect your email communications or other membership benefits.
WomELLE uses third party services to deliver email and SMS communications. These services process your contact information in accordance with their own privacy policies. WomELLE selects communication providers that maintain reasonable data security and privacy standards. Your contact information is used by these providers solely to deliver communications on WomELLE's behalf and is not used for those providers' own marketing purposes.
WomELLE Membership provides access to community, connection, programming, content, and peer support. WomELLE makes no representations or warranties that membership will result in any specific professional, financial, emotional, or personal outcome for any member.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law WomELLE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your membership, your participation in any Nido, your participation in The Passage program, your use of any members only content, or any interaction with another member. This includes but is not limited to loss of business, loss of revenue, reputational harm, emotional distress, or personal injury arising from member-to-member interactions.
WomELLE's total liability to you for any claim arising from your membership shall not exceed the total amount you paid to WomELLE in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.
WomELLE is not responsible for the conduct, representations, or actions of any individual member. Each member is personally responsible for the content of their interactions with other members and for honoring the conduct expectations in these terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your WomELLE Membership that cannot be resolved through direct communication with WomELLE shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial in connection with any such dispute. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for any threatened or actual infringement of intellectual property rights.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms continue in full force and effect.
WomELLE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made WomELLE will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify active members by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect.
Your continued participation in WomELLE Membership after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms you may cancel your membership before the effective date without penalty beyond the standard cancellation policy.
The Founding Ella rate lock described in Sections 9 and 17 is exempt from modification. No change to these terms may reduce or eliminate the rate lock benefit for active Founding Ella members.
If you have questions about these terms or about your membership please contact WomELLE at the following:
WomELLE responds to all membership-related inquiries within 3 business days. For urgent matters related to billing, conduct, or safety please include the word URGENT in the subject line.
These terms represent WomELLE's genuine commitments to every Ella and are written to be honest, clear, and fair. If anything in these terms is confusing please reach out before applying rather than after.
These Terms and Conditions were last updated April 25, 2026 and are effective for all memberships beginning on or after April 25, 2026.
