Bloom began with our founder, Naghilia Desravines, a mother, entrepreneur, and quiet survivor of too many heavy seasons. There were years she built businesses during the day and cried in silence at night. She kept showing up for others, even when no one asked how she was really doing.
Support wasn't always available. Therapy felt too clinical. Friends were busy. And most "solutions" expected her to explain her pain before she even had words for it.
So she created what she wished existed.
Today, our team carries that vision forward. Bloom is the space she once needed and now offers to other women who carry too much. It's calm, consistent, and built on the belief that emotional care shouldn't require performance, perfection, or pressure.

Bloom Trainings are structured, non clinical group sessions designed to help women build emotional steadiness, manage stress, and prevent burnout in real life. These trainings focus on practical skills you can use immediately at work, at home, and during major life transitions.
Training topics include Emotional Load and Burnout Prevention, Boundaries Without Guilt, Emotional Regulation Under Pressure, Decision Clarity and Self Trust, Stress Recovery and Weekly Reset, and Confidence After Change, with new sessions added throughout the year.
