THE VOICE OF INDUSTRY WEEKEND

Join women across industries for three days of connection, celebration, and growth.

I Am the Voice

A movement that gives women a place to speak the parts of their lives that are usually kept quiet.

Honesty, Connection, and the Courage to Speak

I Am the Voice is the movement that threads through everything WomELLE creates. It brings women together around honesty, connection, and the courage to speak their truth, even in the chapters they rarely talk about aloud. The movement gives women a place to feel seen, understood, and supported during the moments that shape them the most.

The Mission

The mission of the movement is simple: to help women feel heard, held, and supported during the quiet chapters of their lives.

These are the moments that often go unnoticed — the endings, the questions, the fatigue, the reinventions, the stories carried in silence. I Am the Voice gives those moments a home.

WEFTS

A five-part framework that reflects the emotional chapters women move through again and again. Each letter holds a part of life many women experience privately.

W
Wisdom

Life knowledge passed from woman to woman. Honest conversations across generations and lived experience shared with care.

E
Endings

The chapters that close without applause. Leaving a job, a partnership, a role, or an identity and needing community around that change.

F
Failure

Moments that did not work out. A place to speak regret, confusion, or disappointment without pressure to pretend.

T
Transition

The in-between seasons. Reinvention, menopause, divorce, empty nest, career shifts, or any quiet turning point.

S
Stillness

The rest women rarely claim. A pause. A breath. A small moment to settle and gather strength.

The Rest Tab

The Rest Tab is the action arm of Stillness. It allows women and allies to fund small moments of rest for women who are tired or overwhelmed.

Childcare so she can rest

Two hours of housecleaning

A quiet coffee alone

A ride home after a long shift

A meal she did not have to cook

"I see how hard you work. Go rest."

The Ally Wall

The movement is supported by women and allies who believe in its purpose. The Ally Wall recognizes people who contribute at a certain threshold. Their names appear as a simple thank you for helping sustain the movement.

Smaller or recurring gifts are welcomed through The Rest Tab and monthly support options.

The Voice of Industry Weekend

March 6–8, 2026 · Orlando, Florida

The Voice of Industry Weekend brings the movement into the room. It gathers founders, leaders, professionals, and women who hold a lot on their shoulders. This is not a conference that tells women to push harder. It is a space where honesty is welcomed, where stories are witnessed, and where women leave feeling understood instead of overwhelmed.

Across the weekend, every space is shaped through the WEFTS framework. Women move through rooms that hold endings, failures, transitions, wisdom, and stillness. Each part of the weekend asks a simple question: What are you carrying, and what support would help you keep going?

Voices from the Movement

These are the kinds of quiet truths women share when they join the movement. Each line is shown with permission.

"I am the voice of a mother who loves her work and still feels guilty."
Nora · Atlanta, GA
"I am the voice of a leader who holds everyone together and is learning how to ask for help."
Danielle · Orlando, FL
"I am the voice of a daughter who is raising her parents and her children at the same time."
Maya · Toronto, ON

If the message "I Am the Voice" feels like something you want to grow into, you are already part of it.

No one should have to carry their truth alone. This is the movement that listens.
