Three days dedicated to truth, recognition, and possibility.
The Voice of Industry Weekend
brings women together to share
experiences, celebrate achievements, and work toward solutions.
The Voice of Industry Weekend is WomELLE’s annual gathering during Women’s History Month. Inspired by the spirit of women who speak up even when it still comes at a cost, the weekend invites women to share real stories about work, leadership, and life. It is not a traditional conference. It is a space built for truth, connection, and recognition.
The name honors the Lowell Mill Girls of the 1830s and 1840s.These young women worked long days in Massachusetts textile mills under harsh conditions. When wages were cut, they organized, protested, and created their own newspaper—The Voice of Industry—to speak for themselves. Through their words, they claimed their narrative and showed what happens when women decide to be heard.
That same spirit continues through The Voice of Industry Weekend. Across three days, women gather to share their stories and support one another. Friday opens with The Voice of Industry, where women speak directly from experience. Saturday brings Bloom Sessions, a time for reflection and emotional renewal, followed by The Female Voice Awards Gala, celebrating women and companies leading with purpose.
The weekend closes on Sunday with She’s Possible Breakfast, held during International Women’s Day. It is a morning for vision and momentum, a reminder that change grows from voices that refuse silence. She’s Possible is built for solutions where businesswomen bring one question and peers, advisors, and allies in the room work together to find a path forward. Listening comes first. From there, new ideas, partnerships, and commitments begin to take shape.
Just as the Lowell women used their newspaper to ensure their voices were heard, WomELLE creates this stage so that women today are not silenced or reshaped. Their words, spoken directly, connect individual experiences into a chorus that cannot be ignored.
Mission of the Weekend
The Voice of Industry Weekend exists to make women’s voices visible and valued. Through honest stories, recognition of achievement, and collective problem solving, the weekend creates space for women to be heard, celebrated, and supported in shaping what comes next.
“Listen with honesty, celebrate with intention, leave ready to act.”
Inside the Weekend
The Voice of Industry Weekend brings women together for three days of connection, recognition, and problem solving. It is a place where conversations feel honest, support feels real, and new opportunities take shape.
March 6, 2026 • 3 PM – 8 PM, Dinner Included
The Voice of Industry is a gathering where women share the real struggles they face in business, leadership, and life. Inspired by the Lowell Mill Girls who raised their voices nearly two centuries ago, this event continues their legacy of speaking honestly and collectively.
On one stage, women present their stories in short talks that reveal both individual challenges and broader patterns. There are no panels or workshops, only voices heard directly and without filter. The evening includes a buffet dinner where the conversation continues among peers, allies, and supporters.
The Female Voice Awards Gala honors women who are shaping leadership, business, and community.
Guests arrive to a red carpet reception before gathering for dinner and an evening of recognition.
Each honoree is introduced with her story. Some stories are about determination, others about vision, all about impact.
The night is both celebration and acknowledgment, giving space for women to be seen and honored for their work.
The evening concludes with dessert and time to connect, photograph, and celebrate together.
March 7, 2026 • 8 AM – 12 PM, Included with Tickets
On Saturday morning, every attendee is invited to take part in a private, thirty-minute Bloom Session in the Bloom Lounge. These one-on-one coaching or mentoring conversations are included with your ticket and take place during the day before the gala. You can choose the focus that best fits your goals—career direction, business growth, leadership skills, or personal clarity before a big decision.
Each session is quiet, personal, and designed to give you practical next steps. After registering, you will receive an email to book your time slot, and you’ll be matched with a coach or mentor who aligns with your focus area. A host will welcome you, walk you to your table, and make sure your conversation begins smoothly. You’ll leave with two or three clear actions you can take right away, along with optional resources to keep your progress moving.
MARCH 8, 2026 • 8 AM – 12 PM, Breakfast Included
She’s Possible is a morning breakfast dedicated to solving problems together. Women take the stage to share real challenges in business and entrepreneurship. Each problem is followed with live responses from peers, advisors, and allies in the room.
The goal is not polished speeches but practical solutions. This is a space where honesty leads to clarity and where women leave with new direction and possibilities they may not have seen alone.
The Foundation
The Voice of Industry Weekend is shaped through the movement, I Am the Voice. The movement gives women a place to speak the parts of their lives that are usually kept quiet.
The weekend becomes the physical home for those stories. Every room, circle, and moment reflects the same purpose: helping women feel seen, supported, and heard in the chapters they often carry alone.
Program
The weekend runs during Women’s History Month. We highlight current work and real outcomes.
Across the weekend, shared meals bring women together in meaningful ways. The evening begins with cocktails that spark connection and conversation, followed by dinner where ideas and stories flow easily among those leading and creating change.

Hear women speak openly about the challenges and moments that shaped their path in business, leadership, and life. These short, honest talks are the heart of The Voice of Industry.

On Sunday morning, gather over breakfast for a session centered on problem solving and possibility. Women share real challenges and receive live feedback from peers, advisors, and mentors.

Available throughout Saturday, Bloom Sessions offer one-on-one time with certified coaches and mentors. Each 30-minute session helps women explore goals, overcome blocks, and gain clarity in areas such as business, leadership, and personal growth. Sessions are free to all registered attendees and provided through our partner coaching organizations.

Every conversation is a chance to meet someone who shares your purpose. Whether during dinner, at the cocktail hour, or over breakfast, genuine connections often start with simple conversations. The weekend is designed to make it easy to meet peers, collaborators, and supporters in a relaxed, welcoming setting.

The weekend’s signature event honors women who have made a lasting impact in their field. The evening includes dinner, awards presentations, dessert, and entertainment that celebrates their achievements.
