Stress Less. Feel Supported. Move Forward.

A three-day community weekend supporting women’s emotional
well-being through guided group sessions, burnout prevention support
and practical conversations around leadership and life transitions.

If you’ve been carrying too much, this weekend is for you. Three days of real conversations.

The Voice of Industry Weekend

The Voice of Industry Weekend is WomELLE’s annual, community-centered weekend supporting women’s mental and emotional well-being through guided group sessions, stress and burnout prevention support, and practical conversations around leadership and life transitions. It is not a traditional conference. It is a calm, welcoming space for real stories, shared understanding, and recognition.

The name honors the Lowell Mill Girls of the 1830s and 1840s.These young women worked long days in Massachusetts textile mills under harsh conditions. When wages were cut, they organized, protested, and created their own newspaper—The Voice of Industry—to speak for themselves. Through their words, they claimed their narrative and showed what happens when women decide to be heard.

That spirit continues through The Voice of Industry Weekend. Across three days, women gather for real stories, guided support, and meaningful connection. Friday opens with The Voice of Industry, where women speak directly from lived experience around work, leadership, and life. Saturday features Bloom Sessions, a calm space for reflection, stress and burnout prevention support, and emotional clarity.

The weekend includes The Female Voice Awards Gala, honoring women and companies leading with purpose, and closes on Sunday with She’s Possible brunch, a morning built for vision and momentum. Women bring one question, and peers, advisors, and allies in the room help work toward a clear path forward. Listening comes first, then practical next steps, new ideas, partnerships, and commitments begin to take shape.

Just as the Lowell women used their newspaper to ensure their voices were heard, WomELLE creates this stage so that women today are not silenced or reshaped. Their words, spoken directly, connect individual experiences into a chorus that cannot be ignored.

$179 Early Bird $220 after March 1

The Voice of Industry is a gathering where women share the real struggles they face in business, leadership, and life. Inspired by the Lowell Mill Girls who raised their voices nearly two centuries ago, this event continues their legacy of speaking honestly and collectively.

The evening begins with a warm welcome and time to settle in as guests arrive. Women then take the stage for short talks that surface both individual realities and shared themes. There are no panels or workshops, just voices heard directly, with care and respect. The evening includes a buffet dinner, and it closes with a guided networking experience with short, structured conversations to help guests connect in a comfortable way, followed by time to mingle with peers, allies, and supporters.

The Movement Behind the Weekend

The Voice of Industry Weekend is shaped through the movement, I Am the Voice. The movement gives women a place to speak the parts of their lives that are usually kept quiet.

The weekend becomes the physical home for those stories. Every room, circle, and moment reflects the same purpose: helping women feel seen, supported, and heard in the chapters they often carry alone.
