Bloom Sessions give attendees a chance to sit down for private, thirty-minute coaching conversations on Saturday before the gala. These sessions create real connection between women and experienced coaches who help them think through business, leadership, and personal growth challenges.

Partnering companies can sponsor the Bloom Lounge and provide certified coaches or advisors to lead sessions. Each coach represents their brand while offering practical support to attendees in a setting built for focus and trust. What happens after I reserve

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with next steps, a receipt or invoice, and a link to upload your logo and description.

Can I customize my sponsorship

Yes. You can substitute or combine benefits to align with your goals. We will confirm adjustments in writing before payment.

Is this tax-deductible?

In most cases sponsorships are treated as a marketing expense. We can provide a letter outlining the promotional nature of your package. Please check with your advisor.

Can we split payments?

Yes, installment arrangements are available for $3,000 plus tiers. A 50 percent deposit secures your slot with balance due by February 15, 2026.

When do I send my logo?

You can submit your logo by January 31, 2026. Our team will confirm receipt and send a proof for placement.

Are sponsorships refundable?

Sponsorships are not refundable once confirmed. If the weekend is cancelled or moved, we will honor your sponsorship at the new date or apply it to a future Voice of Industry event.

How do I become a sponsor or partner?
