A three-day community weekend supporting women’s emotional
well-being through guided group sessions, burnout prevention support
and practical conversations around leadership and life transitions.
The Voice of Industry Weekend is WomELLE’s annual, community-centered weekend supporting women’s mental and emotional well-being through guided group sessions, stress and burnout prevention support, and practical conversations around leadership and life transitions. It is not a traditional conference. It is a calm, welcoming space for real stories, shared understanding, and recognition.
The name honors the Lowell Mill Girls of the 1830s and 1840s.These young women worked long days in Massachusetts textile mills under harsh conditions. When wages were cut, they organized, protested, and created their own newspaper—The Voice of Industry—to speak for themselves. Through their words, they claimed their narrative and showed what happens when women decide to be heard.
That spirit continues through The Voice of Industry Weekend. Across three days, women gather for real stories, guided support, and meaningful connection. Friday opens with The Voice of Industry, where women speak directly from lived experience around work, leadership, and life. Saturday features Bloom Sessions, a calm space for reflection, stress and burnout prevention support, and emotional clarity.
The weekend includes The Female Voice Awards Gala, honoring women and companies leading with purpose, and closes on Sunday with She’s Possible brunch, a morning built for vision and momentum. Women bring one question, and peers, advisors, and allies in the room help work toward a clear path forward. Listening comes first, then practical next steps, new ideas, partnerships, and commitments begin to take shape.
Just as the Lowell women used their newspaper to ensure their voices were heard, WomELLE creates this stage so that women today are not silenced or reshaped. Their words, spoken directly, connect individual experiences into a chorus that cannot be ignored.
Mission of the Weekend
The Voice of Industry Weekend exists to make women’s voices visible and valued. Through guided group sessions, recognition of achievement, and collective problem solving, the weekend creates space for women to be heard, celebrated, and supported in shaping what comes next.
“Listen with honesty, celebrate with intention, leave ready to act.”
Inside the Weekend
The Voice of Industry Weekend brings women together for three days of guided group sessions, meaningful connection, and recognition. The experience is calm, structured, and support-focused, with real conversations about stress, burnout prevention, emotional well-being, leadership, and life transitions.
May 29, 2026 • 6 PM – 10 PM, Dinner Included
The Voice of Industry is an intentionally small gathering for women who want connection without the performance. This is not a room where you work the crowd or hand out cards hoping something sticks. It is an evening where women speak honestly about what they are building, leading, and carrying, and where the connections you make actually mean something.
Women take the stage for short, honest shares about real experiences, not polished keynotes. A buffet dinner brings the room together with intentional table placement. Structured networking after dinner means you have real conversations instead of awkward small talk. The room is capped at 50 women to protect the quality of connection. You leave with connections you will stay in touch with.
The Female Voice Awards Gala honors women who are shaping leadership, business, and community.
Guests arrive to a red carpet reception before gathering for dinner and an evening of recognition.
Each honoree is introduced with her story. Some stories are about determination, others about vision, all about impact.
The night is both celebration and acknowledgment, giving space for women to be seen and honored for their work.
The evening concludes with dessert and time to connect, photograph, and celebrate together.
May 30, 2026 • 9 AM – 4 PM, Included with Tickets or $159
Bloom Workforce Readiness Intensive is a full-day training for women carrying responsibility, workforce pressure, or transition. Held Saturday morning before the evening gala, this four-pillar experience strengthens emotional clarity, stability, values alignment, and professional presence.
Participants move through four connected sessions that build on one another. The day opens with the Bloom Workforce Readiness Lab to reduce decision fatigue and create a Stability and Mobility Plan with practical next steps, followed by a values alignment session, a purpose and transition session for women navigating change, and a voice and storytelling pillar that builds credibility, visibility, and opportunity in a way that feels authentic. Attendees leave with clearer priorities, a written plan, and practical next steps for decisions, boundaries, and direction in daily life.
MAy 31, 2026 • 8 AM – 12 PM, BRUNCH INCLUDED
She's Possible is a Sunday brunch dedicated to solving real challenges together. Women take the stage to share one current challenge related to business, leadership, career direction, team dynamics, or growth decisions. Each question is followed by live responses from peers, advisors, and allies in the room.
The goal is not polished speeches but practical solutions. This is a space where honesty leads to clarity and where women leave with new direction and possibilities they may not have seen alone.
The Foundation
The Voice of Industry Weekend is shaped through the movement, I Am the Voice. The movement gives women a place to speak the parts of their lives that are usually kept quiet.
The weekend becomes the physical home for those stories. Every room, circle, and moment reflects the same purpose: helping women feel seen, supported, and heard in the chapters they often carry alone.
Join us in Orlando, May 29–31, 2026 for a weekend full of real stories, guided Bloom Sessions, and meaningful celebration. Come to feel supported, connect with women who get it, and leave with more clarity than you came with.

Across the weekend, shared meals bring women together in meaningful ways. The evening begins with cocktails that spark connection and conversation, followed by dinner where ideas and stories flow easily among those leading and creating change.

Hear women speak openly about the challenges and moments that shaped their path in business, leadership, and life. These short, honest talks are the heart of The Voice of Industry.

On Sunday morning, gather over brunch for a session centered on problem solving and possibility. Women share one real challenge and receive live feedback from peers, advisors, and mentors in the room.

Available throughout Saturday, Bloom Sessions are guided, small-group experiences designed to support stress awareness, burnout prevention, emotional well-being, and clarity during demanding seasons. Each session is led by a Bloom facilitator and focuses on practical conversation, reflection, and shared insight.

Every conversation is a chance to meet someone who shares your purpose. Whether during dinner, at the cocktail hour, or over brunch, genuine connections often start with simple conversations. The weekend is designed to make it easy to meet peers, collaborators, and supporters in a relaxed, welcoming setting.

The weekend’s signature event honors women who have made a lasting impact in their field, from business and leadership to service, education, health, and community work. The evening includes dinner, an open bar, awards presentations, dessert, and a program that recognizes achievements.
