Ella Onboarding is the monthly welcome session for new WomELLE members.

Joining gives you access to a lot, but access only matters when you know what is available and how to use it. This session helps you understand your membership, meet other new Ellas, and figure out where you want to begin.

We’ll walk through your Nido, events, Opportunities, the Library, visibility benefits, ways to connect with other women, and other resources available through your membership.

You’ll also have time to introduce yourself and tell us what brought you to WomELLE and what you hope to find here.

What You’ll Learn

You’ll learn how to navigate your WomELLE membership and where to find the benefits available to you.

We’ll cover how Nidos work, how to participate in events, where new opportunities and resources are posted, ways WomELLE can help increase your visibility, and how to start building connections within the community.

Most importantly, you’ll know what to do next instead of joining and trying to figure everything out on your own.

Whether you joined for professional connections, referrals, visibility, support, career growth, business growth, or simply to build a stronger circle, this is where we recommend starting.

Even if you’ve already explored the membership on your own, come meet us and the other women beginning their WomELLE experience alongside you.

Because we don’t want your membership to become something you sign up for and rarely use.

The sooner you understand what is available, the sooner you can start finding the people, opportunities, resources, and experiences that are useful to you.

This is also your chance to tell us what you need. Knowing what you're working toward helps us better understand where WomELLE may be able to support you.

60 minutes. Welcome, introductions, membership walkthrough, and questions.

We’ll show you around, explain how things work, introduce you to other new Ellas, answer your questions, and help you identify a few good places to start.
