Your team is using AI. Now what?
A Practical AI Training Program for Managers
Your employees may already be using AI to write emails, summarize documents, research information, prepare reports, analyze data, create presentations, or complete everyday work faster.
That creates new questions for managers. When should employees use AI? What information should they never put into an AI tool? Who checks the work? Who is responsible when AI gets something wrong? And what happens when AI changes how quickly work can be completed?
Managing AI at Work is a four-week live training program designed to help managers answer those questions and manage AI use on their teams with clearer expectations and accountability.
This is not a course on writing prompts or learning the latest AI tools. The focus is on managing people and work when AI is part of how the work gets done.
Who Should Attend?
This program is designed for managers, supervisors, team leaders, department heads, operations leaders, HR and People professionals, and small business owners who manage employees.
No technical AI experience is required.
What You’ll Learn
When employees can use AI.
When they shouldn’t.
How to review AI-generated work.
Who is accountable when AI gets something wrong.
How to protect confidential and sensitive information.
How to set clear AI expectations for your team.
How to manage productivity expectations when AI makes work faster.
What work still requires human judgment.
When an AI-related issue needs to involve HR, IT, security, legal, compliance, or someone else.
Program Schedule
Week 1: Managing AI Use on Your Team
Learn how to evaluate when AI is appropriate for a work task, when it may not be, and what managers should consider before employees use AI as part of their work.
Week 2: Information, Accuracy & Accountability
Learn how to protect confidential and sensitive information, review AI-generated work, respond when AI produces incorrect information, and establish who is responsible for the final work.
Week 3: Human Judgment, Performance & Employee Development
Explore what should still require human judgment and what happens when AI changes how quickly employees can complete their work. You’ll also look at productivity expectations, employee skill development, and the risk of becoming too dependent on AI.
Week 4: Setting the Rules for Your Team
Bring everything together by establishing clear expectations for how your team uses AI, including appropriate use, information protection, review, accountability, and when an issue needs to be brought to someone else.
You’ll work through a final workplace case and create an action plan for your own team.
