Office Hours is an open working session for women who need help thinking through a business question, decision, or next move.

Maybe you’re trying to figure out your pricing. You’re not sure how to get more customers. You need to decide whether to hire someone. Your marketing isn’t working. You’re considering a new service. You have an idea but don’t know what to do with it. Or your business has simply reached a point where you need another perspective.

Bring the question to Office Hours.

There is no presentation and no predetermined topic. The conversation is shaped by what the women in the room are actually working through.

You can ask a question, talk through a situation, listen to what other business owners are dealing with, and contribute when you have experience that may help someone else.

What You’ll Get From the Room

You’ll have a place to bring the business questions that are difficult to solve when you’re sitting alone with them.

We can talk through your options, ask questions that help you think differently, identify information you may be missing, and help you determine what makes sense as your next step.

You’ll also learn from the questions other women bring.

Someone may ask about pricing when you’re about to change yours. Someone may be dealing with a difficult client you’ve experienced before. Another woman may ask a question you didn’t realize you needed an answer to.

You don’t have to be the person asking the question for the conversation to be useful.

Office Hours is for women running a business, freelancing, building a side business, developing an idea, or trying to grow something they’ve already started.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you join the room. That’s the point of Office Hours.

Bring one business question, challenge, or decision you’re currently working through.

It can be about pricing, customers, marketing, hiring, sales, services, visibility, operations, growth, or another part of building your business.

If you don’t have a question that month, you can still come and listen.

What to Expect

Open questions. Real business situations. No presentation.

We’ll open the room and work through the questions women bring with them.

Some questions may lead to a quick answer. Others may turn into a larger conversation where several women have experiences or perspectives to share.
