Onward Live is WomELLE's annual year-end experience, bringing women together for four days of live online sessions before the close of December. Each day is designed to help women slow down, reflect on the year honestly, and walk into the next one with greater clarity and strength.

The event runs December 8 through 11, 2026, entirely online and free to join. Sessions are led by women with real experience and real stories, covering topics that matter to women in business, leadership, service, and community.

The week builds toward December 11, the finale evening, which serves as a virtual celebration honoring the WomELLE 100 Women. One hundred women selected for their leadership, professional achievements, and impact are recognized live as part of the closing celebration.

Onward Live was created because the end of the year deserves more than a countdown. It deserves intention. Women who attend leave with a clearer sense of where they have been, what they have built, and where they are going next.
