Put the month down before you pick up the next one.

The Friday Exhale is WomELLE’s end-of-month gathering for women to put everything down for a little while.

Before one month ends and another begins, we come together to talk about how things actually went. The good things. The hard things. The unexpected things. The things we’re proud of and the things that took more out of us than we expected.

There is no need to show up as your title, your business, or the person who always has everything under control. You can talk, listen, laugh, celebrate, vent, or simply be in the room.

No presentation. No networking pitch. No pressure to have something impressive to share.

What You’ll Get From the Room

A chance to slow down and reflect on the month instead of immediately rushing into the next one.

You’ll have space to acknowledge something good, name something that was hard, hear from other women, and connect through conversations that aren’t centered on what you do for work.

You may leave feeling lighter, understood, encouraged, or simply glad you gave yourself the time to stop for a moment.

Who Should Attend?

The Friday Exhale is for women who want a different kind of end-of-month conversation.

Come if you’ve had a great month and want somewhere to celebrate it. Come if the month was difficult and you need somewhere to put it down. Come if you want genuine conversation with other women without having to network, promote yourself, or accomplish anything.

You don’t need to own a business or hold a certain title. You just need to come as you are.

Why Should You Attend?

Because we spend a lot of time moving from one responsibility to the next without stopping to acknowledge what we’ve been carrying.

The Friday Exhale gives you that pause.

For 90 minutes, you don’t have to solve anything, sell anything, prove anything, or plan your next move. You get to close out the month in the company of other women and make a little room before the next one begins.

What to Expect

90 minutes. Open conversation. No presentation.

We’ll start with a simple check-in:

One good. One hard.

From there, the conversation can go where the room needs it to go. You’re welcome to share, respond, listen, or simply enjoy being there.

What is shared in the room should be treated with care and respect.

Come as you are. Put the month down. Exhale.
