Founder’s Note

When I started this work, I promised to keep a chair open for the woman who almost stayed home. The Ally Wall is how we keep that promise together. Your support becomes a seat, a caption line, a quiet moment to breathe, and the courage to try again. Every name on the Ally Wall tells a story. Some gave so a student could attend. Some gave so someone could read the words on stage. Some gave so a woman could rest and return with strength. However you give, you help another woman move forward. I am grateful you are part of this.

Purpose A solidarity wall recognizing allies who believe in advancing women’s leadership and voices. Open to men and women alike, this wall showcases those who choose to stand publicly in support of change. In addition to being displayed at the event, all ally names will also be listed on the event website as a lasting show of support.

Purpose This gift confirms a seat for a woman who asked for financial help. The team allocates seats from a verified Community Access list, issues the ticket to the recipient, and covers the small costs that make the handoff smooth and timely.

Purpose This tier expands access so more guests can fully take part. Funds support real time captioning on main stage segments, scheduled ASL interpretation, and sensory supports such as ear covers and quiet zone signage.

Purpose This tier keeps the Bloom Lounge and Stillness moments stocked and calm. Funds provide water and tea, simple wellness items, mats and small comfort kits, and quiet zone signage so guests can reset and return to sessions with steady energy.

Future Voices Ally

$1,000

Purpose This tier places students in the room for the full weekend. Funds cover weekend passes for teens and college attendees from partner schools, with access to Friday programming, Bloom sessions, the Saturday gala, and the Sunday breakfast. Support also includes simple session materials and a short hosted huddle so the cohort can meet mentors and each other.

Where will my name appear

Your name appears on the printed Ally Wall within your Ally section. Your name also appears on the website Ally Roll.

Can I use a company name instead of a personal name

Yes. After purchase, we send an email to confirm your display name. You can choose a company name or a personal name. We print exactly what you confirm.

What if my purchase happens after the print cutoff

Your name appears on the website Ally Roll and in the digital program. The next print run includes your name.

Can I purchase more than one Ally tier

Yes. Your name appears in each section that matches your selections.

Can I sponsor someone specific

Choose Pay It Forward and share the person name when we email to confirm your display name. If that seat is already covered, your gift supports the Community Access pool.

Is my Ally gift tax deductible

Yes. WomELLE’s nonprofit arm will issue a receipt for tax purposes. Your Ally gift is tax deductible to the extent allowed under U.S. law, reduced by the fair market value of any goods or services received. The receipt will note the deductible amount. A tax professional can advise on your situation.

What payment methods are accepted

Credit card through Stripe. No checks or cash at this time.

Can I request a refund

Ally gifts are generally final. If a duplicate order or billing error occurs, contact the team within seventy two hours.

Can I remain anonymous

Yes. Reply to the confirmation email and request an anonymous listing. Your gift still supports program costs and the display will show Anonymous.

Will photos and video include my name

Photo and video teams capture guests at the Ally Wall and around the venue. Images may appear in recap articles and social posts. Attendance serves as consent to appear in event media.

Policies

Recognition policy

Names print as submitted. Case and spelling remain as written. Edits after the print cutoff flow to the website Ally Roll and the program.

Print deadlines

The thirty day print cutoff protects quality and readability. Orders after that date still receive full digital recognition and program listing when possible.

Refund policy

Gifts are final and process at purchase. Duplicate orders or billing errors receive review upon request within seventy two hours.

Use of funds

Ally funds support access seats, accessibility services, student passes for teens and college attendees, the Bloom Lounge, Stillness moments, and coordination for the student cohort.

Accessibility statement

We commit to inclusive access. Funds help deliver captioning, ASL, and sensory supports. Guests with requests can contact the team for assistance.

Privacy & Photography

We collect name, email, and display preference to process your Ally gift and publish recognition. We do not sell personal data. Removal requests are honored within a reasonable timeframe. The event is photographed and filmed; attendance grants permission to use images in recap content and promotional materials.
