Francione Sousa Neff and Cassidy Littleton: Empowering Aging out Foster Youth

Francione Sousa Neff is the visionary Founder and CEO of Hope Foundation For Foster Youth Housing. Born in Brazil, she emerged from a tumultuous foster care experience to graduate high school and dedicate herself to empowering others who share her journey. Her mission: to provide housing and support for young adults transitioning from foster care, giving them the tools to overcome trauma and build stable, meaningful lives.  

Cassidy Littleton, the organization's Treasurer, shares a similar background. She transformed her personal struggles into advocacy, joining Francione in this life-changing endeavor. Together, they're reshaping the future for aging out foster youth.
