Founder & Managing Principal
Jasmine Daya is a lawyer, entrepreneur, author, and founder of Jasmine Daya & Co., a Toronto-based law firm. Licensed in Ontario and Alberta, she brings more than 20 years of experience in civil litigation, personal injury, insurance disputes, and business-related legal matters. Jasmine earned her law degree from Queen's University and a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School. She also serves as Chief Operating Officer of Geraci LLP, a U.S. law firm. Her work combines legal advocacy, business leadership, and cross-border private lending strategy, helping clients navigate complex legal and commercial decisions.
