Human AI & Decision Governance Company
About Us
LogicalFlo is a woman-founded technology company building evidence-based systems for workforce accountability, human contribution records, and responsible decision-making. Its work helps organizations document important decisions, preserve reliable records, and establish accountability before making claims about results. Rooted in a hiring-compliance system developed in 2019 using IBM Hyperledger, LogicalFlo continues this work through Decision Custody, Human Capacity Receipts, and governance infrastructure. Its current architectural project, the Load-Bearing Institute in Middletown, Connecticut, is being developed to document human contributions in controlled-environment agriculture and workforce development. LogicalFlo follows one guiding principle: evidence before claims.
