Founder and CEO
Mahta Redda is the founder and CEO of Lucid Consulting Group, a women-owned management consulting firm established in 2012. Before starting Lucid, she spent more than 15 years supporting Microsoft across finance, marketing, program management, and partner organizations. Her experience working with large corporations shaped her belief that consulting partners should understand their clients' challenges and take responsibility for delivering results. Mahta built Lucid around collaboration, accountability, and access to skilled professionals. Today, she leads a firm serving Fortune 500 companies and government organizations while supporting opportunities for diverse talent and businesses.
