Join women across industries for three days of connection, celebration, and growth.
A 2-hour guided session focused on emotional load, clarity, and decision-making before the evening gathering.
Bloom Workforce Readiness Lab prioritizes women experiencing workforce disruption and emotional strain, including (1) women returning to work after caregiving responsibilities such as postpartum return-to-work, (2) women who are underemployed or recently laid off, and (3) women in frontline or client-facing roles carrying high emotional load with limited access to support. The program also serves women experiencing financial strain, limited access to employer-sponsored development, or income instability through early-stage self-employment.
The program is delivered through a focused 2-hour workforce readiness intensive, followed by a 30-day application period during which participants implement their stability and mobility plan. Outcomes are measured through pre/post assessments and a 30-day follow-up.
Founder
Naghilia rose from overwhelming racism to become the head of a successful company and the founder and executive director of a national company called WomELLE. Seemingly overnight, Naghilia built an organization that provides mentorship and business services to more than 300 businesswomen. A dynamic, brilliantly creative businesswoman, Naghilia was raised by a grandfather who instilled strong family values, great empathy, and the importance of caring for others. He also taught the importance of education to help break the poverty cycle. Naghilia transformed herself from a young, uneducated girl to a businesswoman striving to achieve a PhD in psychology and becoming the founder of WomELLE, Corp. Naghilia spent her early years helping her mother’s business grow and caring for her younger brother and sister. Even while young, she was already a savvy businesswoman with a business mindset. In 2006, Naghilia started SFL Cleaning Services, a residential and business cleaning company, with money she had saved. SFL Cleaning Services quickly grew with 250 clients and more than 25 employees.
