The People Leadership Certificate is a six-module live training series that gives managers, supervisors, entrepreneurs, and small business owners the practical skills they need to lead people well. Each module runs 90 minutes and covers one of the most common and challenging situations leaders face. Sessions are held live every Thursday from July through August 2026, with one module per week. You can attend a single session or complete all six to earn your certificate.
This training was designed for anyone who leads, manages, or oversees people in any setting. That includes managers and supervisors at every level, entrepreneurs who are hiring and building a team, small business owners handling staff for the first time or the tenth time, team leaders in corporate, nonprofit, and community organizations, HR professionals who develop and support front-line leaders, and professionals who are preparing to step into a leadership role.
Every team has at least one. This session covers how to identify challenging behavior early, address it directly, and document what you need to protect yourself and your organization.
The conversations most leaders put off are usually the ones that matter most. This session prepares you to walk into hard discussions with a clear head, stay composed, and come out with the relationship intact.
Accountability is not about watching people closely. This session shows you how to set expectations clearly, follow through consistently, and build a team culture where people take ownership.
Unaddressed conflict does not go away. This session teaches you how to read the early signs, step in without taking sides, and guide your team back to a productive place.
A respectful workplace protects everyone. This session covers harassment prevention, workplace conduct standards, and the compliance basics every leader needs to know.
Great teams do not happen by accident. This session focuses on how to support your team's wellbeing, prevent burnout, and keep people engaged and performing over the long term.
