Now accepting nominations for women redefining leadership, innovation and impact.
The Voice of Industry Weekend is WomELLE’s annual gathering for Women’s History Month. It is three days where women are heard, honored, and supported. Stories are told without filter. Achievements are celebrated with care. Real problems meet real help. You come for the program and stay for the conversations that follow you home. Friday begins with The Voice of Industry. Women step onto one stage and share short, honest accounts of work, leadership, entrepreneurship, and life. The room listens together and begins to see patterns that are often hidden. A full buffet dinner follows so guests can keep talking and connect with peers, mentors, and allies at their own pace. Saturday opens with the Bloom Lounge. Every attendee can book a private thirty minute coaching conversation during the day. Coaches help with career moves, leadership growth, business clarity, or decisions that feel heavy. Quiet spaces, gentle guidance, and practical next steps make this time feel personal and useful. Saturday evening turns to the Female Voice Awards Gala. Guests arrive for a red carpet welcome and cocktail hour, sit for a formal dinner, and share in an awards program that honors women whose work has made a clear and lasting difference. Dessert, photos, and celebration close the night. Sunday morning is She’s Possible. Over breakfast, women bring a specific challenge from business or leadership and invite the room to respond. Advisors and peers offer direct, respectful feedback. Ideas move from talk to action. Many leave with a plan, a contact, or a resource they did not have before. Throughout the weekend you will find small moments that matter. A vendor area on Friday and Sunday where women owned brands meet new customers. Tribute spaces where we list names of women who shaped us and the allies who choose to stand with us. Tables where strangers become collaborators. A program that treats women’s time and stories with care. Each ticket includes the meal attached to that day. Friday includes buffet dinner. Saturday includes cocktail hour and a seated gala dinner. Sunday includes a full breakfast. Weekend and student passes cover all three days and include access to the Bloom Lounge booking link. Come add your voice to a month that remembers the past and invests in what comes next. Whether you lead a team, run a company, teach, create, care for family, or are finding your next step, there is a place for you in this room.

Founder
Naghilia rose from overwhelming racism to become the head of a successful company and the founder and executive director of a national company called WomELLE. Seemingly overnight, Naghilia built an organization that provides mentorship and business services to more than 300 businesswomen. A dynamic, brilliantly creative businesswoman, Naghilia was raised by a grandfather who instilled strong family values, great empathy, and the importance of caring for others. He also taught the importance of education to help break the poverty cycle. Naghilia transformed herself from a young, uneducated girl to a businesswoman striving to achieve a PhD in psychology and becoming the founder of WomELLE, Corp. Naghilia spent her early years helping her mother’s business grow and caring for her younger brother and sister. Even while young, she was already a savvy businesswoman with a business mindset. In 2006, Naghilia started SFL Cleaning Services, a residential and business cleaning company, with money she had saved. SFL Cleaning Services quickly grew with 250 clients and more than 25 employees.
